About House of Sylphina

Founded by interior designer and architect Sharon Toong in 2015, House of Sylphina is an interior design studio based in North London. Covering both commercial and residential projects, the studio focuses on creating striking bespoke interiors that transform spaces. Throughout the project’s lifespan – from initial consultation to concept design straight through to sourcing and construction management, Sharon will guide you through each stage, ensuring you are satisfied every step of the way. Originally from Hong Kong, Sharon has a degree in interior design from the Chelsea College of Arts as well as an architectural degree from the Architectural Association. For over a decade, she worked alongside numerous award-winning interior designers and architects on a range of retail, hospitality as well as residential design projects before setting up her own practice. A member of the ARB and RIBA, Sharon’s passions encompass a wide spectrum of design disciplines. Her unique skill set– as both an interior designer and architect – enables her to bridge the gap between traditional interior design and architectural services. Taking a holistic approach, Sharon encourages close collaboration between clients, suppliers and fabricators to deliver unique, outstanding projects.
