Billy was excellent telling us the options to replace the supalite roof on our conservatory that was leaking. His knowledge was much better than other companies who claimed we could have a tiled roof. But billy pointed out this would need expensive structural changes. Open and honest from the beginning and excellent in price. Work was carried out quickly and professionally. Even when we hit a problem where we discovered the boards were rotten. These got changed quickly as well. Would highly recommend!

Have a leak on one side of the Dorma on our roof. Howards came over and we discussed the leak, possible causes and some cosmetic work. While examining roof discovered a number of other issues and we agreed a price for all the work to be completed. Work completed promptly and workman was tidy. Leak still present during next rainfall. Leak still present after 3 return visits. Each visit discovered further possible causes/repairs. Each visit was a new quote, another attempt, which i then paid for, but leak still not fixed. Lost confidence will find someone else.
