The team were profesional, innovative and always looking to provide maximum quality for minimal cost. A great example was a flat roof I had which was slowly leaking and damaging an internal wall and the house electrics. The team managed to resolve the leak with having to remove and replace the roof which made a huge reduction to cost and provided a robust high quality solution. You can mention we have fixed your leaky roof and that rather than replacing your flat roof which was slowly leaking for years we found a solution to avoid taking the whole roof up to avoid the high costs of replacing it

Hurlingham Developments replaced the entire roof of my Fulham Terraced house, this included re tiling the entire slated roof, replacing 2 flat roofs, re rendering all masonary where required, plus new lead flashings to all the dormers and stepped flashings. I was very happy with all aspects of the job, including the finish, cost and communication.

This is my 2nd project with Hurlingham Developments and the result was a fantastic full renovation of a 2 bed house in SW6. A range of works including fitting a skylight in the roof, making good and removing the chimney ensuring no future leaks gave a lot of comfort of a job well done.
