Overall great experience. Brilliant communication and professional service. Would not hesitate to use again.
Tom submitted the wrong application type to the council which cost approximately 4 months. We had to resubmit the correct application type ourselves and pay another application fee. But even worse, Tom owed us a £375 refund for a building regs app we ended up submitting ourselves. I've been waiting 4 weeks and had multiple excuses, but no refund. And now Tom is ignoring my messages. Avoid at all costs.
