He turned up when he said he would and he and his colleagues were courteous and took to minimise any mess and leave the place clean and tidy. They were also flexible in being able to do some additional work for us, including renewing the WC siphon which being old needed replacement. We'd happily use Shaun / Ignite again and recommend him to friends and neighbours. Definitely 10 out of 10."
