The whole engagement process was professional and gave me confidence that his team cared about customer service. The install process was first class and the team were tidy, courteous and professional. I’m glad I chose Impact for the work as their pre-sales, install and after sales service to date has been brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone considering aircon in their house.
