"Our cctv cameras stopped working and I contacted Martin (Innert Security) first thing in the morning. He swiftly replied and began troubleshooting. He diagnosed the fault and suggested a new cable. I later struggled to identify where the new part should be fitted. It was late evening around 8:30pm and I reached out to Martin. Again he swiftly replied and supported (a true gentleman).
