Working with Gav and his team has been a breath of fresh air. It is not easy to find good trades people, but they have all been so professional. • They have worked fast (any delays have been due to external suppliers, not them). • The quality of work has been excellent (e.g. air tightness). • They have never been rude and always treated ‘the client’ with respect. We never felt awkward approaching them. • The team always came up with innovative ways to implement our ideas. I would say working with Gav and his team has ‘been easy’. We now have a modern, comfortable home thanks to them. Gav, Adam and all the team, thank you for everything you have done.

Gav & the team did a fantastic job on our renovation. The project involved removing a supporting wall between the kitchen & dining room, installing steels in both directions, building a new downstairs toilet as well as installing velux windows. The team were always on time, respectful & most importantly produced great work. I wouldn't hesitate to get them back for my next job.

We are really pleased with the single storey wrap around extension to the side and back of our house. The quality of the workmanship with regards both the building works and interior work is excellent and completed to a very high standard. The friendliness and professionalism shown by Gav and the team made the whole experience a pleasure. Nothing has been too much trouble and we can’t thank them enough. We highly recommend Inspired Builds if you are considering having an extension.

The communication was poor - making multiple appointments then cancelling them at the last moment. Stopping work for two weeks after starting with little to no communication in between. Did not produce quality expected e.g. When boarding up, the walls were created with 85 degree corners which looks dreadful. Left a big nasty rust mark on the driveway. Work took 2.5 months when it should’ve been completed in 2 weeks, which felt like I was at the bottom of their priority list. Plasterers didn’t cover up the floor when doing the work, it took 5h of my time to clear it off before it could be tiled. The concrete around the water channel wasn’t pointed when finished, I took my intervention to get it right. Every day the work was taking place, the door was kept open all day even when it was 2 degrees outside. There were many more issues which I can't list here. Overall I do not recommend this company as the entire process was very disappointing.
