It's always a leap of faith to trust a company when you've found them via a Google search, but I can honestly say from start to finish the service we've received has been faultless. Mark came back to me swiftly after I'd emailed my initial enquiry. All communication was clear, prompt. The site visit was on time, and the plan of works was explained. The quote was sent the same day and again was transparent. Today two of Mark's team arrived on time, very nice chaps, got straight on with the job, left everything spotless and we're THRILLED with the work they've done.

An excellent job from Lee, Jack and Jake …loft was stripped of old boarding and insulation . New was fitted ..all in one day ! Our experience was positive from first contact , home visit and very detailed quotation . Our home was treated with respect …all floors and stairs covered with fabric protectors……area left clean , clear and hoovered !

On the install day they installed new installation, a new loft ladder, boarding and a loft light. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We had our loft boarded and a ladder installed. Loft Ladder Solutions were great, Mark came out to see us initially and quote, giving us a couple of options to work with the space available to us.
