Our property dates from 1910. Over the past 3 years we first needed gutter work and maintenance of the flat roof of the porch a relatively small job, done quickly with care. They just attended to prevent rain penetrating, fixing rotten battens, missing tiles, refitting flashings. They also detected and made safe perished concrete on our chimney which could have caused a danger to life. I am grateful for the swift no nonsense approach, reliable advice and reasonable cost.

Called Ivory services out for an unusual internal leak in my mother's house. Ted and his colleagues were quick to diagnose and carry out the job there and then. They pointed out 2 issues which other builders had failed to recognise. This was an on going issues with an internal wall leaking and damp from inside. So thank you Ted appreciated!
