"I was contacted within half an hour of me putting out a request on both Checkatrade and TrustaTrader, this was Saturday early evening. On the Sunday, they went to visit the property and look at the roof. On the Monday I had a quote. I took a few days to decide and then they did the job on the Friday. You can't fault service like that. They were reliable (I had other people ring me up and said they would visit the property but they never did) and it was a fair price for the work carried out.
