Everyone was super friendly, positive, enthusiastic and efficient. For me it makes all the difference, and I'd be put off working with someone who maybe has all the skills, but no positivity. It's a bit of a nightmare trying to find someone reliable, or someone who can fit work in; it's understandable with complex jobs taking longer than expected, and with trades folk in general being in high demand these days, but that's where communication comes in, and again, that's where Russ and the lads have excelled, as they kept me informed every step of the way on their ETA, the work they've completed for the day, what's to be done next, and if they were ever running over and had to come the next day (a one off time this happened). In terms of the work itself, it was all done to a high standard and yeah, I couldn't be happier! Attended promptly. Sorted out the problem of non-functioning downstairs sockets functioning efficiently and for a reasonable price and prevented freezer defrosting.
