"John had previously done a number of minor repairs for me & I was very pleased with the work. The rear roof of the house needed repairing so John came & did the work, the rotten felt and tile battens were replaced with a new breather membrane and new treated tile battens reusing the existing tiles. They fitted new dry verge caps and a dry ridge system. The repairs were carried out very quickly and efficiently, all rotten and defective materials were removed from site, no rubbish was left in the roof space or elsewhere. I was very pleased with the work done."
