I was initially happy with work done to renovate a bathroom earlier this year. Now I have an issue with water coming from the shower and through the ceiling below which is turning black with mould. I CANNOT get them to return to investigate and fix the problem. Repeatedly they arrange to come but then don't show up with no explanation. Calls go unanswered. In the last 4 weeks they have failed to come 6 times when arranged. On the 2 times they have come they have stayed no more than 10 mins and said they'll come back. They did not. I've had enough and will have to look for someone else now.

I had a very old and large bathroom completely renovated. The fitting team, lead by Alan, transformed it into a lovely modern bathroom. The standard of workmanship is exceptional and I'm delighted with the results. The team were friendly and courteous and able to overcome unexpected issues easily with the range of skills among them. They would always let me know when they were coming. I will have no hesitation in using them again for further work.

From the outset, my experience with Alan at Jackson McNeil Ltd was professional and friendly. Communication was great and the quality of the completed works excellent. I’d highly recommend Alan to anyone and will gladly call upon Alan in future.
