Jaguar Plumbing LTD installed an outside tap to the side of the house and set up pipes ahead of me installing pipes under the ground to plumb the garage for a washing machine. I also had the Hive system installed and set-up. The work done for both projects was very good and i was very happy with the pipework and the advice they gave me regarding how to plumb the washing machine. They even set-up the end points of the pipes so i could install this directly onto the end of the pipes i was laying down. They noticed a whole in the plastic pipe coming down from my boiler from the outside and replaced the small joint with a new piece which was a nice surprise that they replaced it with no extra charge. The Hive system was installed and they run through how to use it.

I have had numerous small works carried out from blocked pipework including soil repairs and upgrades. All of which at short notice. I was always informed with regards to time keeping which was always met. I have past Jaguar onto family (technical problems - heating hot water in a very large house) they are also extremely please with Jaguar as they closed a long term problem. They are professional, tidy and always polite and presentable. In relation to costs in my opinion this has been very fair especially with my short notice requirements.

Jaguar Plumbing installed a gas fire in the living room to replace an old one. They carried out the work carefully and super efficiently. Earlier in the year they also installed a gas water heater in our bathroom to replace an older one. This job was also well done, they took great care in the refitting of the heater so that no damage was done to the surrounding tile area. Thankfully we now have a ?Go to? plumber whenever we might need one in the future.

We use Jaguar Plumbing for our own residential property and also trust them to work at our rental properties without us needing to be there to supervise. They carry out boiler services and Gas Safety checks for us and are also very quick to respond to emergencies such as leaks. We have found them to be professional, friendly, tidy, reliable and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and am grateful to have finally found a reliable plumbing company who endeavour to promptly deal with my enquires.

I had a leak under tiles (and concrete floor floor) of my downstairs bathroom. The water was seeping up and causing puddles on the floor. As an interim solution I shut off the water at the stopcock until water was needed (showering, cooking, washing machine etc). Richard responded the evening of my posted enquiry (19th Nov), and he turned up early the following morning to assess the work. He was on time and did not rush his assessment. He explained the options well and offered his recommendation – to isolate the leaking pipework and feed through new pipes to provide water to the areas required. This option was preferred to ripping up the tiles and trying to find specifically where the leak was and fixing it. Also, the piping is very old, so likely subsequent leaks would occur elsewhere in the affected area. A quote followed the next day. We agreed he would carry out the works on 22nd Nov. He and his colleague arrived promptly, explained what they would do and got on with it. As work progressed, they found a slightly easier solution which was less messy and took less time. As a result, they reduced the charge by nearly 20%. Richard and his colleague Andy were very hard working. They were also as quiet as they could be – some of the work was necessarily noisy, but they did ensure all the doors were closed to reduce the noise (noting that I was upstairs working remotely) Nice guys – though hopefully I don’t have to see them again. 😉 Danny - Bexley, Kent

We had various visits and quotes to rectify a leaking pipe at the back of the toilet. Richard and his colleague at Jaguar were the only plumbers that looked in the waste manhole cover in the back garden, this was indeed the cause of the leaking toilet as it was blocked solid. Richard persevered to unblock the pipe with various techniques and cured the problem. Richard called enroute to confirm timings and arrived at the agreed time. He and his colleague were both polite and professional during the visit and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is in need of any plumbing works undertaken. Thank you Jaguar!!!
