"I called and left a message for Jake after getting his number from his old firm. he called back quickly, listened to the issue, asked I send him a photo of under the boiler to possibly save him calling out. I did so, he told me what to try. I didn't have much faith, but it actually resolved the issue. he didn't want any payment, I asked for his bank details as it was his knowledge that fixed the issue, and he deserved payment. what a lovely chap. DEFINITELY keeping his number and will use again. Thanks Jake. 👍"

Very friendly and polite, understood what we required, keep us informed of what was happing, arrived when side got straight to work even quick getting a missing part checked work and all working tidied up, Definitely keeping his number handy.
