"Within five minutes of me booking an appointment Arthur contacted me and we quickly established I needed work completed urgently. He arranged for his men to come early (at a rather ungodly hour) so I could work uninterrupted. But the time I needed to start work, I had photos of my roof, a complete understanding of what needed to be done and a quote and some lovely men working on my roof. The work was completed in a very timely manner and to a very high standard. I am so impressed and I cannot thank you all enough for your professionalism and kindness"

Had new membrane, battening & new tiles where needed fitted and repointing of chimney - despite the awful weather this was done quickly and with very little disruption. The guys doing the work were polite, considerate and cleared away all rubbish daily. The work was invoiced on completion."
