JB Carpentry and Flooring

I had my downstairs flooring completed on the 20th March, and I can say I am extremely happy with the work carried out. Very professional, very neat job! Everything was perfect, would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. The work was completed fast and perfect.

Disappointing experience. After a positive start, James just did not complete my job. The work he did was ok buy he owes me money, will not respond to any call or message, the floor is not finished off and my garden is full of old floor boards which were meant to be stacked. Very very disappointing, am uncomfortable writing this but hoping it prompts action or response.

James came out and quoted quickly and we agreed a date and price. I paid for the materials up front. The date came, no word. I haven't heard from them despite multiple messages and calls. They have taken the money and disappeared, so I am going to file a claim for my money back.
