He came out on the day that I asked if he was available as that was when my cooker was being delivered & I was off work & that's what he did."

He arrived at the time he said he would. He actually helped me lift the cooker upstairs to my flat because Currys would not do it!! Which he didn't have to do at all but did & really helped.
