The team of Sam, Dannon, and Luke, all lead by Ben the boss, who overseen everything from beginning to end and kept me regularly updated with the progress step by step, which was very reassuring and gave me complete confidence in them, I have had bad builders in the past and it was refreshing to have a genuine company who delivered exactly what was explained to me at the beginning and much more, despite the rain and wind that picked up during that day they weren’t phased by it and after me suggesting they come in out of it they refused and insisted that my property had to be watertight. They were very helpful and considerate, all of these lads were exceptional, the work l can’t emphasise on the quality and attention to detail, the work they performed on my roof has brought my house back to life. JBS HomeImprovements LTD put a complete new roof on our property and we are thrilled of the professional workmanship by this crew, but they were all very polite and considerate of the property and made sure they cleaned up after themselfs every day. I was really happy with the work carried out by jbs home improvements. They came when they said they would, got the job done, really clean and left my house as clean as they could . Took all materials and rubble away. Lads were all polite and respectful of my property. Kept me informed throughout the job . All price was quoted before the job began with a small deposit of 10%. I recently had a problem with my roof which turned into a full roof replacement. The director Ben is an excellent communicator. He showed me photos of the damage to the roof and explained in detail the work that had to be done. He responded to texts almost immediately. I was impressed with the young lads working with him as they were polite and hardworking. I am confident that the roof has been replaced to a high standard. As a lady on her own I have to say that this company made a stressful situation that much easier.
