He was knowledgeable, reassuring and had shown us portfolio of competed works which gave us the confidence to trust him and his workmanship. The job lasted around 8 months and we were 100% satisfied with John’s craftsmanship and professionalism throughout the journey. None of our questions went unanswered and he was open, honest and flexible with any requests or concerns that came up throughout. We went away towards the end of the build and our trust in John to look after our home and complete the job wasn’t misplaced. Thanks John"
