I had originally called Jake/Joel (sorry I didn’t catch the name!) before that company, and when I was cancelled on, I rang him back. He came straight to me within 15 minutes and had the door open in seconds. I really appreciated the fast response and the kindness during a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for the help, and if I ever need a locksmith again (hopefully not for the same reason!), I’ll be calling him and recommending him"

I needed an emergency locksmith on a Sunday morning after being let down by another company who promised to arrive within 2 hours but cancelled after an hour. I had originally called Jake/Joel (sorry I didn’t catch the name!) before that company, and when I was cancelled on, I rang him back. He came straight to me within 15 minutes and had the door open in seconds. I really appreciated the fast response and the kindness during a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for the help, and if I ever need a locksmith again (hopefully not for the same reason!), I’ll be calling him and recommending him
