Scott was superb. Arrived at a very suitable time having given me good notice. He was very quick and efficient friendly and chatty, but not to the detriment of the job in hand. He’s so good, I’ve kept his number as I’d want him back in future should I need a plumber.

Scott came on the day the job was put in. Constant contact prior to attending and able to find the problem quickly which was blocked draining. He was able to rectify the problem within an hour. Very satisfied with the speedy attendance and fix of the problem

This repair took 3 weeks to complete. His time-keeping was appalling - he never arrived on time and was sometimes a day later than he promised. The charge for an additional job, of replacing the bathroom radiator was £120 and he left without telling me he was going, though I was his customer!

Job was done well and quickly. Professional quote and good communication, especially when we faced slight delays in appointments. As I say, excellent communication throughout and job done professionally and efficiently
