Such a lovely reliable chap and Sally great too regards initial consultation, paperwork etc. Have used JK 13 years ago so never forgot how good they were. They use decent quality Rehau windows made locally and they have transformed our house which was new 20 years ago but the windows were getting very draughty. I wouldn't hesitate to use JK Home Improvements again in fact we are going to have the kitchen and front doors replaced by them since we are once again so impressed.
