I found JNF to be very professional in their dealings with me and very well organised in the way they carried out the re-roofing of my house which includes several dormers. Some issues had to be addressed and Jamie went out of his way to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. By including an insurance backed warranty JNF offer a complete and competent service.

My property is an old village house with a complex roof requiring a sympathetic approach and acknowledgement of some unusual features to the construction. The Project was supervised by the Principal from first enquiry to completion. High standard of work carried out by competent, polite and considerate workmen who were able to advise and overcome any problems that arose. I have been very pleased with the execution of the whole project.

Don't have an image as it is now dark when writing this review however, I have seen the work and it is really impressive. Firstly, I spoke to two of the ladies in the office who were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I explained my issue and the need to get the work done as soon as possible but, realising Christmas was coming up, it was going to be a struggle. The ladies put me through to Jamie who said if he can fit me in to get the work done then he will but, it was a really busy time. Nethertheless, Jamie to his word managed to fit us in today to which we are very grateful. The professionalism from him and his team were second to none. The work was completed to an excellent standard and the area they were working is spotless. I will no doubt recommend this company and will be calling them myself if anymore work needs doing at my property. All done before Christmas. Can't thank you and your team enough.
