Search came up with Joe Hamilton Roofing who called on 92/24. Came in sign written van, said he was Joe (60'ish) and had a young lad with him. Inspected roof just above gutter as the interior wall was getting damp and mouldy. Said if he removed a row or two of tiles and replaced some felt that would fix it. Would do it now for £150. Made it sound like small job so I agreed. He then left a written estimate for me to sign for £1500. Said I'd obviously misheard him. As if !! Told him to go.
