John Canham & Son

My newly purchased motorhome was taken into John Canham & sons by a recovery company after it broke down on the M25. From it being delivered I found Canhams friendly, reliable & honest. The fault was quickly diagnosed by Mathew Canham & his team of mechanics. Both verbal communication with myself & written estimates for the insurance company were done quickly & professionally. Unfortunately the vehicle was deemed unfit for purpose but with Canhams assistance & support I was able to obtain a full refund from the company I purchased it from. I have now purchased another motorhome but not before requesting that it was checked over, MOT’ed & serviced by Canhams. My misfortune with my previous motorhome has led me to Canhams & for this I am very grateful. I have recommended them to friends without hesitation & will continue to use them.

I was consulted about work needed and cost and assured I would have the car back same day. Cannot recommend them highly enough and complete confidence in using them again without hesitation.

My vehicle has been into John Canhams a few times and on all occasions I have felt that they have given me excellent service and have always explained what they had done. Whenever I have spoken to them , they have always been polite and courteous and given me exact time scale of the work needed.

Matthew was extremely helpful upon booking my car in as I work shifts. All work was completed earlier than expected and I was fully informed during this time. Very pleased with the work completed and the price was extremely reasonable. This is one of the best, most reliable and reasonable garages in Clacton which I highly recommend to anyone.

Have been taking my car/cars to John Canham for a long time now they are a family run business and most of all you can trust them it can sometimes be a scary thing leaving your car in the hands of a garage the thought of knowing if your gonna get a good service for your car and most of all value for money with John Canham you get both of the above and you get all this service with a smile I can’t recommend this place enough as well as cars they do commercial as well they are always happy to make the costumer happy When I’ve had problems with my cars at short notice John Canham have taking the job on without hesitation which is good the service is a lot different from other garages they go above and beyond to get anything sorted my family also use John Canham’s as well and they are just as pleased with the service as I am the guys here have good knowledge and know there stuff

Absolutely fantastic garage. Been using them for over 3 years and in that time they have worked on my van and car. Both to an exceptionally good standard. Nothing to much trouble and the attitude of all the staff is spot on. I would and have recommended them to all my family and customers and the feedback is the same. Wouldnt go anywhere else now
