"There were 3 different stages over 4 month complete refurb. Different types of preparation for the floors were needed before the flooring could be installed. Stage 1 - Kitchen & Utility - Repair subfloor, prime, supply & apply smoothing compound Stage 2 - Bathroom - supply and fit plywood over lay Stage 3 - Back room / Extension - prime, supply & apply smoothing compound, and then feather finish to join existing subfloors. Amazing transformation! Very flexible, great communication, but what is so important is Jordan cleared up after himself left the place meticulously clean. Thanks!"
