"Jack and his assistant Dennis were excellent. Their communication with us was very good and we had complete trust in what they said and did. Workmanship was very good and we are very happy with the result - gutting our existing bathroom and installing new bath, shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Also they did new floor tiles and a carpenter and electrician (managed via Jack) amended bathroom cupboard and installed new spot lights. We should also note how clean they left the bathroom (and stairs and landing used for access) every evening which was appreciated. We would use again!"

Made a call for advice and he came out straight away, even though it was way past normal working hours. Made a temporary fix and then came back in the morning to make a permanent fix. Takes the time to explain everything and reassure, polite and very tidy. Brilliant service and very highly recommended. Thank you."
