Joe was fantastic. Came in and knew exactly what I wanted with the alarm system. Was very tidy and cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t recommend him more.

JS Security arrived on time, on date and were very efficient while on-site. Throughout the entire installation they were courteous, considerate and happy to explain anything that was asked of them. The quality of the work was very high, and they both had in-depth knowledge of exactly how the product worked, how to use the equipment, the initial set up and access, along with showing how to use the various different functions and features of the product. They also cleaned up after the job was complete, and left everything in a neat, tidy state, clean and working. The entire experience was made pain-free, and I would happily use them again, and recommend them to friends and colleagues alike.

I first contacted JS Solutions as I wanted to upgrade my CCTV system. I was given advice what systems were available and the pricing of the various systems. During this initial stage there was no pressure applied by Company who went out of their way to get me the best package for my budget. They arrived slightly later than specified but this was due to an unexpected problem at the previous job and very heavy traffic getting to me. Although they were late in arriving they worked continuously until the installation had been completed. The workplace was left clean and tidy with all rubbish being taken away and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The system was value for money as it especially as it was tailored to my budget. Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of the Company and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others who may be looking to have a cctv system installed.

Excellent service in the worst weather for ages, being on an exposed hill in driving rain and gales. Worked tirelessly to complete the job to a high standard. Good explanation into the working of the system to someone who is not technically astute.
