James came out to fix a repair leak as it was an emergency. He quoted fairly and returned the next day when he said he would. The job was carried out to a high standard and I will be recommending him to others. I look forward to getting my new roof which I booked in for later this year, can’t praise the hard work the guys put in enough and I can’t fault them.

Had James and his team come out to renew my roofline. Appointment was made and completed on time just as agreed. Fair quotes and happy with the work. 10/10 experience.

I have no facility to photograph the completed work, but the contractor took very professional photographs of the work in progress. he used a "drone" to get very accrate shots very safely. Both workmen were extremely pleasant and worked very hard. I have no hesitation in offering my fullest thanks to the firm and would employ them for similar tasks in future.

Really impressed with the straight forward and honest nature of James, he explained everything clearly and taking the time to do so was no issue for him. Work was to a high standard and I'm really pleased with the finished result. Will be using him more in the near future.

Company owner James had a first class customer engagement approach. Listened to details of the overall requirements of the work, then clearly explained the options available and relative costs. James made recommendations based upon personal knowledge and experience. Great professional attitude and depth of knowledge - but left the final decision for me to make.
