"The whole process of dealing with KBI has been good. Totally professional but still very friendly. From the first site visit and survey to the installation every one I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. I was kept fully informed from start to finish and all promises that were made have been kept. The installation team were very courteous and polite. I was kept fully updated throughout the installation process with work being completed as scheduled. The job is to a very high standard in regard to both materials and workmanship."
