Ken kept me informed throughout the job and entertained by a conversing on a variety of interesting topics, including the exploits of a distant ancestor. Worth it"

I've marked Ken down a point for punctuality, as he was a bit late, but once I had contacted him he kept me updated and gave me an acurate ETA.
