His communication was excellent and ensured to give professional advice on lime mortar being used to be in-keeping wirh the existing mortar work. Professional and courteous throughout the work and timelines were exactly as quoted, barring a day or two of unforeseen weather conditions. Even replaced downpipes/guttering too which was fantastic and the workmanship for the entire works was thoroughly excellent."
