We had so many issues trying to get someone to show up and this company were great to deal with from start to finish. We had lots of problems with our electrics in our house, it didn't feel safe and with a young child it was important for us to get the work done to a good standard. We have not had any trips or issues with our electrics since the install of our new box, which was at a good price. Left the area clean too, which isn't always the case with tradespeople. Kenny is easy to work with and keen to please. He communicate well, he was quick to highlight any unexpected challenges, what the options were to solve them and sort it out without fuss.

At 9pm on 23rd December the power went out at the house I'm housesitting. The ancient koi in the pond were not getting oxygen because the motor had stopped. It was also raining, and freezing. With only 20% of battery left on my phone, having been let down by another electrician, and no way to contact the homeowners, to my relief I found Kenny. Explaining the koi pond situation, he quickly gave me his call-out and hourly rates, (half as much as the earlier quote I'd received) and he arrived within 30 minutes. The relief I felt see him on the doorstep! This being a huge Victorian house with a new extension, I had no idea there were two breakers (I couldn't see my hand in front of my face). Kenny found it, reset it, and said he'd return Christmas Eve, free of charge. He also identified the problem as being "Too many Sub circuits on 1 RCD!" Which went a long way to explaining why the Hive system had been behaving like Close Encounters all week. Thanks again, Kenny. You saved my Christmas.
