The paving itself was completed to a decent standard, but the company has proved really unreliable. Once payment was made, communication stopped and the smaller finishing jobs were left incomplete. They only attempted to respond much later, by which point it was too late. Would not recommend if you want reliability and proper aftercare.
Professional job from start to finish leaving the area in excellent condition
The initial telephone conversation went well enough. Arranged a date for Kieran to turn up, to give a quote. Nobody from K&G turned up at all, with no phone call prior to this. I waited 30 minutes, then texted. No reply. Waited another 30 minutes, then tried ringing. This went to Voicemail. After 7 hours, I emailed to ask why no one turned up or answered my text and phone call. I have waited a week, yet no reply or explanation. Very disappointed with the company.
