KJF Plumbing and Heating

Would NOT recommend. Hired KJF Plumbing and Heating to fit 3 new radiators and relocate a gas hob pipe. 2 of the radiators fitted are too close to the wall and unable to turn the valve without damaging the wall. Other radiator has had the drain valve removed so now unable to drain boiler system. Was charged more than originally quoted, had a terrible time trying to arrange KJF Plumbing and Heating to come round and carry out the work and no after sales service, completely ignored us after realising there was an issue. KJF Plumbing and Heating did carry out the work as requested but to a poor standard and more expensive than quoted, would AVOID.

Kieran’s after sales service is appalling, reading messages and not replying. He didn’t fit a drain valve to our radiators nor make us aware so we have no way of draining them. His attention to detail on the pipework he completed during our extension was poor and meant that once the rads were up the tap valves were so close to the wall they can’t be turned - he had access to all the parts when doing the pipework so why this wasn’t considered I don’t know. His reliability also lacked as there were several times we had to consider going elsewhere and he charged us more than originally quoted.

Done a nice quick job servicing the boiler. All paper work done properly.
