Kiel filled us with confidence from the start and managed expectations that a new boiler may likely be needed given the readings - it was! Kiel decommissioned the boiler making it safe and ensured we had hot water. He quoted later the same day to supply and instal a new boiler (a very fair and reasonable quote) the following week. Kiel arrived on time when he said he would and did a great job. Very responsive and a thoroughly decent guy."
