hired KM Property Repairs to carry out roof repairs on my property. At first, I was satisfied with the quote provided, as I was assured that: • I would receive photos before, during, and after the work, so I could monitor progress. • I would be given a proper guarantee for the work carried out. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. As a registered blind person, I am considered vulnerable. At the very end of the job, I was told that additional urgent work was required. I felt I had no choice but to hand over more money. Again, no photographic evidence was provided to justify the extra work, nor was I given reassurance that it had actually been carried out. I would not recommend this trader.

I can't believe how quickly Kirk responded when I called, especially during that weird time between Christmas and New Year's. He was at my place within an hour – I wasn't even home yet, that's how fast he got there! Kirk was super helpful. He sent me WhatsApp photos of the roof damage, explained what needed doing, and gave me a price quote, all within an hour of checking things out. They came back just two days later, racing against the forecast snow to get everything sorted. Kirk and his mate were right on time, tidy, polite, and did exactly what they promised when they promised. They replaced all the broken and fallen tiles, repointed all the ridge and hip tiles & cleaned out all the guttering. They did a great job and even left everything neat and tidy when they finished. I wish all home repairs could be this smooth! If you need any roof work done, these guys are definitely the ones to call. Seriously, I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!
