Ken was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He responded quickly to my ad and communication was clear and easy throughout, which made arranging everything completely stress-free. He turned up exactly when he said he would, accompanied by his daughter, which was a lovely, personal touch. Both were friendly and approachable, and Ken got straight to work fitting the garden tap with real professionalism and care. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, with everything left neat and tidy afterwards. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values doing a proper job rather than rushing through it. Overall, a genuinely friendly, reliable, and skilled plumber. Ken arrived with his daughter who was assisting him. They were both friendly and professional and once we agreed terms Ken and his daughter completed the job within about 20 minutes. They did a great job and and would definitely recommend them for being punctual, honest and professional and for doing a good job in a timely manner.
