Lukas was very good in identifying the issue with our leaking shower, which other plumbers we called out didn't resolve. Very good work, solved the issue with Very tidy work. Will definitely recommend.
I reached out to Lukas via Check A Trade and he was very responsive which was encouraging. I live in Central Kingston and many tradespeople have attended the property without any issues. I gave my address in advance and confirmed parking is always available. We agreed a date and time for a site visit. I had rearranged my day, stayed at home and waited for an hour until I got a short message saying he didn't want the work. He could have texted me earlier or even days before but Lukas clearly he had no issues wasting my time. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
