"After some heavy rain we noticed some water coming into the house so needed a roofer to investigate. Called L&M and discussed the issue and within half an hour Marcus was round my house. Took him two minutes to tell me a tile had slipped and was letting in rain. Within 20 minutes he had safely managed to adjust the slipped tile and rectified the problem. What a breath of fresh air for a tradesman to acknowledge the urgency it also be prepared to sort the problem there and then. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much."
