Luke did a walkthrough analysis and professionally explained how to proceed to get the job completed and certified. His knowledge of the industry and regulations are impressive. Luke also immediately configured existing wires and completed new urgent work immediately and very neatly. On top of this, Luke is friendly and easy to get along with.
