We recently contacted the Ladbrook team to have our boundary fence repaired after it had decayed over the last few years, they showed up when they said they would, the work was carried perfectly and the clean up was really good. I look forward to having them back in the summer for my patio project. All in all it was a great, stress free experience.

I can't speak highly enough of Bill and his team from Ladbrook Home Improvements. They first laid our new brick paving back in 2020, and the job was fantastic—a true mark of their craftsmanship. Today, they came back to do some maintenance for us: they carried out some minor repairs, jet-washed the entire area, applied new dry kiln sand, and finished it all with a gloss sealant that Bill recommended. The results are astonishing; our driveway looks brand new again. From their initial professionalism to their impeccable attention to detail, they are a pleasure to work with. Bill is a standout—he's always there to listen to the customer, takes on board all feedback, and ensures you are happy with the end result.
