Extremely impressed with Chad and his business. Excellent communication and did a great job. Did what he said at all times. I will be using again for all future roofing and pest control.
We had a rat that was coming in At first he seemed professional and quick to respond we were quite happy with but then I asked him to come over and check as I could see where the rat was coming in. He didnt even text when he knew he was going to be late was told half hour after the appointment that he wasnt coming he done this a few times. The time when he did turn up he charged us extra for materials which is fine but he never left the remaining and when we questioned the extra charge he got quite rude No communication or thanks for payment Would not recommend
