Unfortunately, due to an error by their supplier, the door opened inward, rather than outwards as planned. Before I could ask about this, LDM contacted me about the problem and they rapidly put plans in place to rectify it. The correct door has now been installed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Mistakes can't always be avoided, and I believe you learn the most about a supplier by the way that they solve problems when they occur. Highly recommended!"
