Matthew came late on a Sunday afternoon and solved the problem quickly and with minimum fuss. Very pleasant manner and would definitely recommend.
Matt came round at short notice to fix an electrical fault in our house. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and he fixed the issue no problem! Even though it was a much bigger job than expected, Matt stayed until it was all sorted and offered a reasonable price for it. Would 100% use this company again if needed. Thank you!
Just before we were expecting them, they messaged to say they weren’t coming. The excuse was very thin - a tester that had failed a routine check - so very unlikely to have found this out at 8.30am. I assume they just had a better job come in, so of course the smaller one gets dumped.
