Booked for a job on 26th to go in on the 27th. Still not heard from company to find out if job completed. Contacted today and left on hold as "next in the queue" for 45 minutes and still not pickup. The use of the name "local plumbers" is very unhelpful as checkatrade have multiple "local plumbers" and the selected company do not tell you which one they are.

Morning of 13.9.2022, bad leak in external water pipe, phoned Local Plumbers offering "same-day service, 7 days a week". I was given a time to expect someone, so stayed in and waited. Eventually I received a phone call to say that no-one would be coming, but was given a time of between 12.00 and 5.00pm for the next day. I had to go out in the morning, but was back just before 11.00am, and, again, waited. Eventually I phoned to enquire when someone would come, and was told that he had called and no-one was in - but I had been given the time of between 12 midday and 5.00pm. I lost gallons.
