"Amazing! Flo was so helpful from the start. Unlike other locksmiths who had contacted me to tell me the change/fee for a call out visit to look at the job (before even quoting for the job), Flo was asking about details of the issue to see what could be done and if it was something I could fix myself. Once we had established that it would be tricky for me to do it he offered a number of different options/resolutions. When I confirmed what I wanted he attended my property in a timely manner and carried out the job with total professionalism. Would highly recommend him"
