We requested a few minor tweaks here and there, and I made a few mistakes with measurements, and the additional work was carried out without any problem or fuss. For example, one of the snags was to paint a step. Niko came Saturday morning and painted it. My wife stepped on it while it was wet! Niko came back that evening and repainted the step. No problem! They obviously love what they do."
